Sore throat

Tonsillitis & Pharyngitis - virus, Group A Strep (S. pyogenes)

Centor criteria (if bacterial):

1. Tonsillar exudate
2. Tender anterior cervical lymphadenopathy
3. Fever
4. Absence of cough

Mononucleosis - EBV, with cervical lymphadenopathy
