Endocrine disorder characterised by hyperandrogenism + insulin resistance

• \(\uparrow\) LH \(\downarrow\) FSH \(\rightarrow\) hyperandrogenism
• Treatment with weight loss and oral contraceptive (cycle regulatio)

Diganosis 2/3 of:

• infrequent/no ovulation
• clinical/biochemical signs of hypoaldosterism (hirutism, acne)
• polycystic ovaries on USS
