Adenocarcinoma - caused by Barrett's oesophagus - mainly caucasians

• Can become strictured or ulcerated
• Staging via TNM

Red flags

• Lump in mouth/lip
• Ulceration in the mouth lasting more than 3 weeks
• Persistent neck lump 
• Hoarseness
