Adenocarcinoma of GOJ associated with reflux, but of body/antrum not a/w.

Factors: diet, H. pylori, bile reflux, hypochlorhydria

• Intestinal type - well or moderately differentiated
• Diffuse type - poorly differentiated, scattered growth, cadherin loss
